What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?

We never ask for a credit card to start. At the end of the trial you pick a plan and continue on the same account. If you haven’t picked one, the account switches to read-only for 30 days, your files and galleries are kept and waiting for you.

Can I switch between plans?

Accepted Answer

Any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro-rata for the days left in the cycle. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the start of the next cycle, so you never lose storage mid-project.

Question 3

What happens if I go over my storage quota?

Accepted Answer

No file is deleted and no gallery is closed. New uploads pause until you free up space or add storage, and we warn you already at 80% of quota.

Question 4

Where are my files stored?

On servers in Europe, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. The rights to your photos remain fully yours, we never touch them or use them for anything.

Question 5

Do client galleries count against my storage?

Accepted Answer

Only the original files count. Previews, downsized renditions and client views don’t count against storage and carry no bandwidth limit.

Is there a fee on print or product sales to my clients?

Accepted Answer

Zero fee, on every plan. Payment goes straight to your own payment processor account, we only charge the subscription.

Question 7

What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

The product is identical. Annual billing is paid up front for 12 months and saves up to 25%, monthly can be stopped any month. You can switch to annual at any time and the credit is calculated automatically.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my files?

Accepted Answer

One click from Settings, no retention call. The subscription continues until the end of the period already paid for, and afterward you have 30 days to download the entire archive as a single file.
